Can you name a 5-7 ft (at maturity)tall tree that thrivesin full sun and provides for a nice backdrop/color?

i like yellow,white,red, or pink foliage/flowers or even a fruit tree but as long as it thrives in full sun and doesn't grow beyond 7ft.
