I am looking for a simple pork chop glaze?

In a skillet large enough to accommodate the number of chops you want to prepare, add just enough oil to completely cover the bottom. Add a generous amount of soy sauce, and some water, again enough to cover the bottom. Place your chops in the pan and cover. Use just enough heat to begin a slow simmer. Keep a little more water handy. After a few minutes of simmering, you will hear the the chops begin to sizzle. Add some water and turn the chops. Cover. When you hear the sizzling again, remove the lid and check to see if your chops are done. If done correctly, you should have a deep, rich, brown glaze on your chops. No other seasoning is necessary. The reduced soy sauce took care of that.
