If you paid �500 for a single glaze window, made and fitted...?

...what would you expect? Yesterday we had one fitted paid by our landlord. The window leaked last night, appears to be held in by expanding foam, cement round sides-not dry, putty wrinkled, gaps all along sides and accessories (stays etc) not straight!! Please help with opinions we are stuck-how should this be done?
