When will my tulips die off?

I have tulips in bloom right now. When all the foliage dies off I want to dig them up to make room for other things. Around when will this process be complete? June? July? I don't want to dig them up until they are completely died off on their own so they get all the nutrients from the dead foliage. Thank you.
