I'm planning on setting up a 10 gallon tank for a Male Beta fish, i am fairly new to keeping fish, Help?

i used to raise betas both male and female and they are pretty hardy. Male betas get along well with most small freshwaterfish it seems exept other betas of any sex. However, having a tank with multiple females betas get along. Betas all have different natures so they may like different food. Some ate beta pellets others ate bloodworms (available at walmart or pet places) colored pebbles,freshwater plants and simple fish castles are fine for decoration. Its good you have a large tank with a pump and filter since wild betas are used to living in deep puddles. There are many sites online with more information like temperature and beta care.
