When I try to start Star Wars: Jedi Knight Academy it says 0X00 0X00 is not a JPEG, how do I fix this?

I downloaded the game from direct2drive.com and it worked fine for a long time until now. I've un- then re-installed the game about 5-6 times. Can anyone help?
